What you’ll be doing?

As a Cloud & DevOps Engineer at DinoCloud, you will:

  • Implement and execute the design defined by the Solution Architect or a client.
  • Implement and maintain the architecture solution defined by the project’s Solution Architect.
  • Resolve or escalate issues to the Solution Architect or Engineering Lead, according to the level of criticality.
  • Investigate the tools that will be used in the project.
  • Maintain a fluid interaction with the client and the team to provide constant visibility on the project status and the tasks being worked on.
  • Make recommendations based on the client’s needs.
  • Resolve technical doubts by researching or escalating them to the Solution Architect.
  • Understand the DoD (Definition of Done) and the requirements for each task.
  • Understand the project roadmap.
  • Estimate the duration of each task.

What would you need to succeed in this role?

  • Proven experience working with Amazon Web Services
  • Proven experience in DevOps
  • Experience in developing IaC with Terraform and/or CloudFormation
  • Implementation, deployment, and management of microservices (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Implementation and/or management of CI/CD pipelines on platforms such as GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
  • Experience in Agile frameworks
  • Scripting in bash/python
It is a plus if you have:
  • Experience in networking
  • Experience managing Helm
  • Experience with other cloud providers.
