What you’ll be doing?

Qualifications

Effective CCoE teams start small, develop an approach for implementing cloud technology at scale for the organization, and can become the fulcrum by which DinoCloud transforms the way technology serves the business.

Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
Help departments use technology profitably
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to the technology offering
Communicate technology strategy to collaborators, partners, and customers
Elevate the entire company’s knowledge to open doors to technology trends and services
Lead the R&D internal projects that improve the performance and efficiency of the business of the company.
Seek and develop new partnerships to help the company’s strategy and business.

Propose and lead the preparation and submission of APN programs in which the company strategy is aligned.
Provide projects and roadmaps for people on bench, which will help with the internal development and research of the company, aligned with the business strategy
Prepare, arrange, and organize company training to help Human Talent and Engineering areas in the preparation of new IT skills in DinoCloud collaborators.
Help Talent Acquisition and Engineering with the technical validation of potential hirings into the company.
Assume Cloud Architect billed roles in specific accounts, ideally those that involve an unknown stack within engineering.
Participate in sales meetings in the discovery and planning of pipeline opportunities.
Participate in conferences/events/meetups representing DinoCloud technical expertise in different forums, being a public ambassador and evangelist of the company expertise.

What would you need to succeed in this role?

3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications or infrastructures
8+ years within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients
7+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience with large-scale, distributed enterprise applications

5+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience with Enterprise applications
3+ years of programming experience, developing complex products that became production status
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study or 12+ years of related work experience
Advanced or Native English level, both Oral and Written
Certified Solutions Architect Professional (must) and a Specialty (highly-desired)
