Product Owner

What you’ll be doing?

As a Product Owner at DinoCloud, you will translate and lead the global product strategy in collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of customer objectives and user needs.

  • Establish the vision and product strategy in collaboration with stakeholders and the sales team.
  • Define product objectives and measurable success criteria.
  • Understand market and user needs to define key features and functionalities.
  • Work with the development team to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, providing clarity and guidance on requirements and expectations.
  • Actively collaborate in planning, review, and retrospective meetings with the development team.
  • Establish metrics and regularly track product progress.
  • Continuously evaluate market and user needs to define key features and functionalities, adjust priorities, and ensure the delivery of value in each iteration.
  • Ensure that all documentation, testing, and support are prepared for a successful launch, providing our customers with a reliable and satisfying product experience.
  • Validate and test the product to ensure its quality and usability.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback for continuous improvements.
  • Communicate consistently with stakeholders, customers, and other teams to ensure proper alignment and manage expectations.
  • Coordinate Scrum ceremonies and ensure project and team organization.
  • Maintain constant communication with Account Managers or Product Managers for project status visibility and provide support in contract extension or renewal.
  • Ensure timely compliance with projects within the established scope and budget.
  • Define communication channels and maintain a continuous flow with project stakeholders.

What would you need to succeed in this role?

  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Ability to understand market and user needs.
  • Knowledge of project management and work tracking tools, such as Jira or Trello, ClickUp.
  • English: B2/C1
It is a plus if you have:
  • Experience in global product strategy.
  • Relevant certifications highlighting knowledge in agile product management.
  • Capability and proactivity aimed at understanding customer needs, incorporating feedback into product improvements.
  • Experience in using data analysis tools to make decisions and measure the success of features.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams such as marketing, sales, and IT.
