As a Project Manager Specialist at DinoCloud, you will ensure that projects are executed following the contractual conditions agreed upon with the client, while guaranteeing compliance with the methodology established by the company.
Facilitate the execution and application of agile ceremonies (Initial Planning, Sprint Planning, Dailies, Weeklies, Retrospectives, etc.).
Ensure that all tasks have an assigned owner, aligned with the team’s capacity.
Identify time deviations and scope changes early to develop corrective or mitigation plans, and communicate them to the assigned CSM and Account Manager.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within the allocated hours budget.
Define communication channels and ensure a continuous flow with project stakeholders.
Manage the project backlog and roadmap, ensuring transparency regarding the current status.
Prepare regular project status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Periodically review projects to discuss encountered challenges and implemented solutions, identifying best practices.
Monitor and validate the team’s logged working hours regularly across projects.
Maintain communication with the CSM to provide visibility on the project status and escalate any commercial needs to be addressed by the Account Manager.
Collaborate with the CSM in making decisions regarding team member assignments to new projects.
