UX/UI Designer Ssr Adv

What you’ll be doing?

As a UX/UI Designer, you will design and develop attractive, intuitive and functional user experiences to ensure that our products meet the needs and expectations of our customers and users.

  • Investigate and understand customer needs through different data collection tools.
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-quality visual designs.
  • Create an intuitive information architecture and navigation structure.
  • Design the user interface to present it to the client and the team.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement and validate designs, ensuring visual integrity and functionality are maintained throughout the development process.
  • Perform usability testing and data analysis to continually improve the user experience.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in UX/UI design.
  • Communicate and justify design decisions through Storytelling.
  • Contribute to the development of a coherent and reusable design system.
  • Work closely with product designers and marketers to align design with business vision and goals

What would you need to succeed in this role?

  • Demonstrable experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a strong portfolio showing relevant projects.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in digital projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of user experience design principles and user interface design.
  • Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma or similar.
  • Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Master techniques of the discipline such as Creation of Userflows, Story Maps, Empathy Maps, Customer Journey, etc.
  • Experience in responsive design and native mobile design
  • Experience working with agile methodologies in multidisciplinary teams.
  • English: B2+
