The Solution: AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP)

To address this challenge, DinoCloud proposed the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) methodology.

Our team proposed a Comprehensive Restructuring: designing a new infrastructure based on the best practices of the AWS Well-Architected Framework. This ensured a solid foundation for the migration. We did this through a Multidisciplinary Team composed of a Delivery Manager, a Project Manager, DevOps Engineers, Solution Architect, and Pre-Sales. Together, we worked closely with the client.

Technologies Used

We utilized a wide range of AWS services such as VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, and EKS. Additionally, we leveraged tools like AWS Server Migration Service (SMS) and AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) to facilitate server and database migration.
