BlockPay SIGE is a comprehensive platform built on AWS infrastructure, designed to transform B2B contract and transaction management into a seamless and secure experience. This system covers all key stages of the contract lifecycle: from creation and signing to generating supplementary documents such as invoices and delivery notes.
Focusing on efficiency and collaboration, BlockPay SIGE was developed over a 9-month period by the DinoCloud teams in collaboration with the client.
The initial landscape posed multiple challenges for BlockPay, all centered around enhancing efficiency and simplicity in B2B transactions. Business-to-business transactions were traditionally slow and complex processes, hindering the operational fluidity that clients urgently needed. Existing market tools, focused solely on document signing, overlooked other crucial aspects of the process, preventing a truly integrated experience.
Another key challenge was managing contracts and documents across separate platforms, leading to repetitive and inefficient workloads. This lack of unification not only extended operational timelines but also resulted in duplicated efforts, negatively impacting productivity. Additionally, the market lacked a collaborative approach; available solutions did not prioritize seamless interaction between parties, causing businesses to operate in isolation without a unified teamwork vision.
In response to this scenario, BlockPay set out to develop a completely innovative solution: a centralized product that would not only manage contracts from start to finish but also integrate all the necessary functionalities to optimize the B2B process. This required a qualitative leap in existing technology and an unprecedented approach in the market, aiming to transform every stage of the process into an agile, integrated, and collaborative experience.
DinoCloud proposed the development of an innovative solution built on AWS infrastructure, designed to unify all stages of the B2B process into a single platform. The proposal included a series of features aimed at enhancing the user experience and optimizing every step of business transactions. To start, the platform enables the registration of both companies and personnel, centralizing all necessary information in one place.
One of the key functionalities is the creation and signing of contracts through a simplified format that auto-fills fields, streamlining the documentation process. Additionally, the platform automatically generates complementary documents such as invoices and delivery notes, which users can edit and customize based on each contract’s details.
To ensure continuous communication, a notification system was integrated to keep users updated on all real-time changes and updates. Furthermore, DinoCloud incorporated a support section and user guides to facilitate platform adoption and learning. With a responsive design and optimized navigation, the solution guarantees a seamless and accessible experience from any device, meeting the efficiency and adaptability standards required in the B2B market.
Project Paradigm: Agile and User-Centered Methodology
The project employed a combination of Design Thinking and Scrum to develop an effective and flexible solution. First, the team applied Design Thinking to understand key challenges, define clear objectives, and design wireframes and basic platform workflows. Then, using the Scrum methodology, they structured the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) into iterative cycles. Throughout these cycles, they conducted proof of concept (PoC) testing and continuous adjustments, ensuring that every development stage remained user-centric.
