Customer Success Manager

What you’ll be doing?

As a Customer Success Manager at DinoCloud, you will ensure the success of the projects we deliver for our clients by fostering team pride, delivering high-quality outcomes, and generating added value for the client.

  • 🔍 Client Understanding & Management
    • Understand the categorization of the accounts under your responsibility and adapt your approach accordingly.
    • Gain deep knowledge of the client’s business model and the specific area where Dino is involved.
    • Clearly identify the success indicators the client expects to improve.
    • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, including middle managers and decision makers.
    • Identify and manage risks that could hinder success (team pride, quality of delivery, value provided to the client).
  • 📦 Project & Deliverable Management
    • Understand the rationale behind the original project plan and any changes made to it.
    • Be familiar with the technological stack and the trade-offs made in pursuit of success.
    • Understand how the final deliverable is expected to work and be able to test it.

👥 Leadership & Management of the Customer Success Team (CST)

  • Understand the roles within a Customer Success Team and the responsibilities associated with each.
  • Lead the CST as the ultimate decision-maker accountable for project delivery.
  • Be familiar with all stakeholders involved in each project (leaders and engineers).
  • Foster close, empathetic relationships with the team, recognizing their technical and operational efforts.
  • Ensure the entire team understands the project’s success criteria.
  • Manage assignments sustainably, protecting team capacity and well-being.

What would you need to succeed in this role?

  • Solid experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong background in project implementation and/or technical management.
  • Experience working with external clients, preferably in consultative environments.
  • Advanced English level (C1 or higher).
  • Previous experience working with clients in the U.S. market.
  • Ability to manage and track business metrics (KPIs, reporting, billing).

Nice to have

  • Experience executing end-user testing and validating deliverables against expected functionality.
