Accounting Receivables Analyst

What you’ll be doing?

As a Accounting Receivables Analyst at DinoCloud, you will be responsible for carrying out billing and collections management in a timely and accurate manner, preparing the corresponding reports.

  • Execute the billing process in accordance with internal policies and procedures, maintaining up-to-date customer accounts by sending and tracking invoices/debit notes and recording any discrepancies in billing.
  • Manage the company’s collection process. Ensure payments are collected from clients on time and as agreed. Forecast collections as needed to contribute to the company’s cash flow.
  • Prepare internal and external reports related to billing, collections, and other key indicators to support decision-making.
  • Manage accounting software and financial reporting tools, reconciling information across different systems.
  • Perform the necessary bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts with the company’s clients. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and make any required updates.
  • Be responsible for recording, controlling, and analyzing the accounting accounts under your scope: both income statement and balance sheet accounts.
  • Provide support in preparing the financial statements for external auditors.
  • Assist with supplier payments and banking-related tasks.

What would you need to succeed in this role?

  • Degree or advanced student in economics, business administration, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience managing customer and supplier accounts.
  • Administrative and accounting knowledge.
  • Intermediate Power BI skills.
  • Intermediate English (B1/B2 level).
It is a plus if you have:
  • Knowledge in Quickbooks
