As a Accounting Receivables Analyst at DinoCloud, you will be responsible for carrying out billing and collections management in a timely and accurate manner, preparing the corresponding reports.
Execute the billing process in accordance with internal policies and procedures, maintaining up-to-date customer accounts by sending and tracking invoices/debit notes and recording any discrepancies in billing.
Manage the company’s collection process. Ensure payments are collected from clients on time and as agreed. Forecast collections as needed to contribute to the company’s cash flow.
Prepare internal and external reports related to billing, collections, and other key indicators to support decision-making.
Manage accounting software and financial reporting tools, reconciling information across different systems.
Perform the necessary bank reconciliations.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts with the company’s clients. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and make any required updates.
Be responsible for recording, controlling, and analyzing the accounting accounts under your scope: both income statement and balance sheet accounts.
Provide support in preparing the financial statements for external auditors.
Assist with supplier payments and banking-related tasks.
What would you need to succeed in this role?
Degree or advanced student in economics, business administration, or related fields.
Extensive experience managing customer and supplier accounts.
