Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience executing software development processes as part of a team
2+ years of People Management Experience
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Excellent communication skills – Oral and Written
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles within an engineering team
Excellent mentoring and motivational skills

Ability to track 10-20 engineers and architect careers within different seniorities with the same priority
Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
Fluent in both Spanish and English languages – Oral and Written
Proficiency in the use of data entry software
Experience analyzing company needs, employee development, and goals setting
Ability to communicate effectively with superiors and other departments

You will be responsible for ensuring the performance of each dependent, accompanying and providing support in order to meet the quality standards that are required in DinoCloud’s projects.
