Role Description

Qualifications

Higher Education degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other technical degrees, and/or related experience.
5+ years of experience leading the delivery of IT consulting projects.
3+ years of Project Management Experience managing engagements using Agile/Iterative methodologies.
Experience with Agile and Project Management (APM) toolsets (Jira, RallyDev, ClickUp, Taiga, etc).
Experience managing engineering assignments and timeframes in delivery/IT consulting teams working with several clients from several industries.
Prior track record for delivering fixed-fee projects, milestone-oriented projects, and IT consulting projects.
Outstanding customer relationship management, sales, delivery experience, and collaboration skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as Sales, and Accounting.
Business development experience including complex agreements with customers.

Strong verbal and written skills with a solid ability to articulate and communicate strategies and plans.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodology.
Maturity, discernment, and demonstrated ability to lead and influence others both inside the organization as external stakeholders.
Demonstrated success with cross-functional coordination, including planning, execution tracking, decision-making, and OKR management.
Providing strategic planning and comprehensive senior-level technical consulting to IT senior management and senior technical staff.
Strong expectations management abilities from all stakeholders and provide a trustworthy customer-facing experience.
Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both Spanish and English languages – Oral and Written.
Driven, inventive, and able to deliver results with minimal direction and report them to executive roles.

As a Senior Delivery Director you will have the following challenges:

Ensure the success of delivery in DinoCloud by interacting with different stakeholders.
Responsible for maintaining, improving and controlling the quality of services, providing visibility to clients about the decisions made in the projects.
Maintaining quality in processes through the supervision of projects along with the Engineering Director.
Collaborate in the definition of the strategy, controlling and improving OKRs and KPIs, in order to have a well-defined framework to measure effectiveness. In addition, you will work closely with the commercial area to optimize the administration of resources based on budgets, project scopes and estimates provided by this area.
5-Act as leader of the Engagement Managers in charge.
